Sisters Monica and Maria started Cordera in 2008 for contemporary and minimal designs to hold hands with better production, 100% of which is made in Spain. Working only with small family factories in Italy, Portugal, and Spain committed to traceability, Cordera believes in ethical practices which works fairly for everyone. 

The brand produces on a limited basis to avoid overproduction and designs independent of fashion trends to create timeless pieces with no expiration date. They use high quality materials carrying a breadth of certifications from BCI Cotton to museling-free wool and solely used recycled fabrics when designing with polyesters.
