Taking Measurements

Please make sure you’re standing up straight and comfortably. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and avoid measuring while wearing anything except for under garments.

Chest: Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, generally located between the bottom of your rib cage and belly button.
Hips: Legs together, measure around the fullest part of your hips and rear.
