Led by a tight-knit, proudly female-run team in North London, Damson Madder started in 2020. After years in the industry, founder Emma witnessed firsthand the environmental and ethical costs that can come with fashion brands and set out with a clear intention: to create bold, distinctive fashion thoughtfully and responsibly. She started with different recycled and organic fabric bases and experimenting with natural dyes. While testing colors, some of her early favorites were called 'Damson' (plum) and 'Madder' (flower) - and so the brand was born. Today responsible practices, transparency and small-batch production are still the beating heart of everything they do.
